Q&A!

My wonderful friend Jamie sent me this! I used to write when i was 9, when the teacher asked for it and i'd give pages upon pages of stuff. 9/11 happened when i was 13, and done a short story on that. When i was 15-16 i was into writing fan fiction. This book i am answering questions on came to me in a dream. It's very Hunger Games-ish but i am working on perfecting it :)

1. What is the working title of your book?

The Alphabet. It's consistent with my story, and if i feel the need for a trilogy, it will be The Alphabet, ABC, XYZ. 

2. Where did the idea come from for the book?

A dream i had. Granted i'm not the most sane person in dreamland but this was rather noteworthy!

3. What genre does your book fall under?
Young Adult. Possibly Fantasy

4. Which actors would you choose to play your characters in a movie rendition?

Very very young actors. 16-25 possibly.

5. What is the one-sentence synopsis of your book?
Only those with knowledge will survive.

6. Will your book be self-published or represented by an agency?

No idea. The best Irish authors have an agency, so i want to achieve that. So agency!
7. How long did it take you to write the first draft of your manuscript?

3 weeks. I have my chara names and a chapter plot for 25.
8. What other books would you compare this story to within your genre?

The Hunger Games
9. Who or What inspired you to write this book?
An author friend of mine who niggled at me and told me to write again. :) I'll refer to her as J. She knows who she is, and she knows how much she has inspired me to write again. 

10. What else about your book might pique the reader’s interest?
Wisdom and knowledge. ♥
